Apply to Lead!
Dance Marathon is looking for students who are looking to take the next step up in on-campus leadership! See below for how you can be more involved in the Dance Marathon community.
Volunteer Your Services
We couldn't accomplish our goals of helping kids and families without our incredible volunteers. We need help on the day of our main event. Volunteers help us with crowd control, organizing food for the participants, greeting visitors, staffing the Silent Auction, and more. To apply, email Natalie Neumeier at ssneumeier@seattleu.edu Entertainment - performances and DJs - are also booked on a volunteer basis. Think you have what it takes to perform at The Dance Marathon? Join our team or become a morale squad.
There are so many opportunities to work behind the scenes to help make our main event a reality. These student leaders oversee all aspects of the philanthropy from special events to marketing, to the RedHawkThon itself. Look for released applications on handshake! Become a Morale Captain!
Morale Captains (MCs) are the stewards of the Dance Marathon experience. MCs are Dance Marathon's main recruiters and advertisers. Throughout the year MCs attend recruitment and fundraising events to inspire others to join the movement. Together, the MCs lead teams of dancers throughout the 12-hour Dance Marathon. MCs maintain the energy and DM spirit throughout the event by leading activities. Email Natalie Neumeier at nneumeier@seattleu.edu for more information |
